The breakfast was good but lacked as many options as their central hotel for Home Inn. It is a nice attempt at the price. The rooms were large & comfortable with great air con. They also had a good laundry room for free. Lovely view over Kunming from the room. I saw a really low review and it is just extremely unfair, This is a good hotel to stay in Kunming, and not so pricey. I have lived in Kunming for several years and this is a great option at 45 GBP a night with breakfast and good service. It is a solid 8.

Good breakfast, big room, nice staff. Very near to the airport. Robot to send ordered meals to room.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. While it was a smaller hotel than a full fledged Holiday Inn. The breakfast, staff and the place was exceptional.
